1. The first cost is paying the staff to actually develop the app. The reason why it will impact the project is because they might need to hire certain people to complete certain tasks, in which they don't have the skills to complete.
The second cost to consider is the software to develop it, because to make a good app, you need to have the suitable method available. This can be costly, which is why it must be considered.
2. The Data Protection Act 1998, means that when reporting stories, you can not release certain information about a person to a point in which they can be found. If somebody feels that they have been exposed to the public, then they are able to sue the newspaper firm.

The products could be branded with the websites name, so it essentially helps to promote the website.
5. One ethical issue that needs to be considered would be the way in which refugees are represented during the filming of this documentary. This is because misrepresenting them has an impact on their reputation. They may not appreciate a camera crew filming them and portraying them in a negative way, because it will encourage that misleading reputation of them. For example, by suggesting that they are bad people for leaving their country. The camera crew must therefore accept that they need to show them in a respectful way.
Another ethical issue to take into consideration is the language barrier and trying to understand them. This is important because they may not necessarily speak english, and they should be able to communicate with our production crew. If they can't, certain things might be filmed that they haven't consented to, or they might not understand why they're being filmed at the time. For that reason, we need to ensure that solutions are put into place to ensure this ability of easy communication.
